We at South Lakeshore are a church with a history of being aligned with the Restoration movement which began on the American frontier in the early 1800s. Like other churches aligned with the Restoration movement, we seek to be guided solely by the Bible and strive to avoid man made rules and creeds. A proclamation that has echoed across Restoration churches historical corridors has been “Where the Bible speaks, we speak. Where the Bible is silent, we are silent”. 

In addition to seeking to be obedient to what the Scriptures teach, we at SLCC strive to be relevant to our community. This is no easy task and we need all the help we can get.
