Vic began his role as pastor of South Lakeshore Christian Church on November 1st, 2013. However, his connection to South Lakeshore began many years before. As early as 1989, along with several other churches which included SLCC, he went on short-term missions’ trips to build homes for families in the Tijuana area. In 1992, he and his wife Pam affiliated with Christian Missionary Fellowship for cross-cultural work in Latin America. SLCC was one of the first

churches to partner with them and supported their mission work during the eighteen years they served in Concepcion, Chile, and Mexico City. They were serving in Mexico City when the elders called him and invited him to take on the role of senior pastor.
